Refund and Cancellation Policy and observance of these policies are at the discretion of Reel Effect Charters LLC.

Full refund is available if your trip is cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled trip.

Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 7 days of scheduled trip.

No show or cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled trip will be charged for full price of trip.

Cancellation due to weather or poor conditions will not be charged.
